I wonder if the powers/game model might work better with multiplicative adjustments rather than additive. Alongside the rankings for Chattahoochee, it feels like in general this set of rankings skews towards teams which have earlier seasons where they play regs-level tournaments, such as Ohio and Illinois. We chose not to include A-sets and MSNCT due to both a lack of resources and a disproportionately large impact of powers.
