Why does cheating keep getting more attention than harassment? (On that note, why is there always discussion of the problems of 'ending quiz bowl careers' but no discussion of the problems that keeping harassers in the community creates by allowing them to hurt more people?) There are some individu...

I'm going to shill some of my fellow northeasterners who I believe are somewhat underrated and who warrant consideration. Jackson Lee from EB -- really underrated sci player, and has been able to take most sci in a game off of Ben Hu, who is already one of the top sci specialists in the country. He'...

1.Hunter A retains everyone but Asher from their top ranked team from this year, and should be one of the top teams in the country. They’re the clear #1 in the region, and probably in the country. Their incredible coverage over everything should serve them well on NAQT and mACF. Rachel or Andrew wou...

Essex County Steering Committee has also been running a middle school/elementary school tournament for years now, though it's pretty small (probably 10 teams max/division) compared to a lot of the other events in the area.

10. Livingston Ackerman was a good generalist, so it’s hard to tell how much he shadowed Carolyn and Rosa, who are both very good players. They’re definitely better at NAQT than housewrites, and I can see them winning games against teams better than them. Here are some other teams that I didn’t ran...
