Re: February 14 tournament at Webb School in Bell Buckle,TN

We gave it a shot, but due to a lack of interest we will call the whole thing off.
Warmest regards to all in the quiz bowl community. It has been a most enjoyable and enriching 15 years.
If ever any of you ever need an extra moderator, let me know. I would love to somehow keep a hand in the game.

Re: Bobcat Challenge @ OSHS 3/7/15

Webb is good for one varsity team at your tournament. Maybe two. Dren, are you by any prayer interested in bringing a team to Webb on February 14? Several local teams, including Webb, are scrambling to get in one more tournament to make the required 4 for state, and I am thinking of offering one fin...

(I am reminded of an old joke: If a married man is alone in the forest is he still wrong?) Because this is my last year of teachi...

Ezell completely dominated the JV bracket, taking first, second, and third place.

I am proud to say that the Webb Feet, with two players playing in their first tournament, took home the 4th place trophy.

Due to conflicts with the SAT, Webb will enter a JV team instead of a Varsity team.

MLK and Ezell are strong this year, as always. Hume Fogg just won MLK's tournament today, and University School made it to the finals at MLK largely because of their freshman phenom.
