Re: ACF Fall New England: Brandeis (6 November 2010)

House teams were inconstant, with talk of actually MERGING teams post-prelims to make the playoffs work, which is forbidden pretty much at every tournament ever. In a surprise appearance, none other than noted competent moderator Steve Feldman, showed up to buzz on easy questions for about-to-colla...

I'm somewhat interested in attending this, depending on my ability to spend the night on the floor of some friends of friends ...

But yeah, if anyone could use a scab player on their team please shoot me an email at stevengfeldman at gmail, and I'll try to work something out ...

Re: Interest in a Science Monstrosity?

I'd offer to write, but I don't think I would be able to write up to the caliber of this tournament. However, I would be more than happy to play it, or staff a mirror.

Re: ANNOUNCEMENT: BOB (11/15/08) at Yale

Honestly, I agree with Jerry that its sort of rude/inappropriate to ask Yale not to run their tourney. However, I do think everything would be much smoother if there were no conflict of dates. Perhaps if the tournament was moved a week or two it would be able to draw a larger crowd, sans conflict. B...

Re: ASS II Discussion

Oh yeah ... also ... Re: ANNOUNCEMENT: Sun 'n Fun Mirror - Maryland - Sat, 6/21

I enjoyed this tournament ... however, I did feel that the answer choice at times seemed to be very obscure and there were also a fair amount of questions that could have been better written ... also, the questions tended to not be very clue-dense ... but overall, the tournament was fun, I enjoyed m...
