I'm not familiar with this system. How exactly does this work? Do they eliminate any sub scores from total score calculation that are distant from other sub scores? I'm not sure I see the logic behind this system. It would seem to me that the flat out simplest, and best way to calculate a comp scor...

About the outlier system, I am saying that the intentions are good, but the system does not work as it is intended. For example... The questions were quite awful. Several of them were repeated word for word in two different rounds. Then, the 30 etymology questions seemed like a bit much...
