I think that one difficulty is that those tournaments that need to be run the best are also those that attract the largest fields. Also, at least one school has spring break every week of march, so the 27th-28th would likely conflict with at least one team.
I voted for January, because I think it is not worth the trouble to organize a team over the summer (also, it can be very difficult to get school funding).

I'm sorry that everyone hated the Jack Haley question so much.

Norman Oklahoma is a perfect place for ICT 2010. There is an airport half an hour away named for a guy who died in a plane crash. Public transportation is a cinch: jump on any available horse. I am interested to hear how the selection pans out. The problem with QB in Oklahoma is that sets have to be challenging enough to encourage school like Booker T, Jenks, and Edmond while still being accessible to hillbilly schools who also play (of which there are surprisingly many).
