I've always abided by the phonetic rule. However, I don't think that many readers are aware of this (at least from my experience)

Favorite example:
Given: Large Hadron (with a short 'a') Collider
Moderator: Sorry, the answer is Large Hadron (with a long 'a') Collider. Neg-5.

I ask because in the SC area even letting a house-team play in play-offs occasionally spurs controversy.

I thought these rankings were fairly accurate. One exception being LASA's 8th place. But, I guess that's my fault for not voting.
Also, I am surprised that Southisde B actually received votes since we haven't really done much.
