I've always abided by the phonetic rule. However, I don't think that many readers are aware of this (at least from my experience)

As of now, I believe that a tournament difficulty of just over IS would be best, or just over Fall if this becomes a college endeavor. Just out of curiosity, why do you want a high school tournament over IS set difficulty? I think it was Charlie Dees who mentioned that there's a scarcity of novice ...

Just out of curiosity, did any of the other teams have a problem with the fact that LASA closed out a tournament at LASA?
I ask because in the SC area even letting a house-team play in play-offs occasionally spurs controversy.

I thought these rankings were fairly accurate. One exception being LASA's 8th place. But, I guess that's my fault for not voting.
Also, I am surprised that Southisde B actually received votes since we haven't really done much.
