Will you have a change in venue for the Duke Fall Tournament if it is November 10th since Duke Math Meet is also scheduled for that day? We would bring 2 teams regardless of venue. Would anyone be interested in a Duke Fall tournament on the 10th of November. I know there are tournaments at Dorman and Roanoake, but we're hopeful we can attract enough attendees to justify that date.

Ok, so it looks like we're just gonna run a full round robin at this point, assuming no new teams register. It'll probably turn out to be 8 or 9 games, depending on the teams that show up.

Yea, it looks like an undergraduate tournament we wish to attend has just been announced on the same date. We'll probably change the date to April 7th or April 21st. Again, same question, are there any potential conflicts with those dates?

No it appears Enloe is bringing another team for a total of 3, I'm sorry about not updating this earlier, but they just confirmed it with me earlier tonight. Every team will be guaranteed 10 games (11 rounds), and we seek to have the tournament finished by 5:30pm (with 1 hour for lunch)

Hey William & Mary should be there with one team, two buzzers, and an experienced moderator if there's a discount for one (is there?). Also we qualify for over 100 miles traveled. Price update: just clarifying, the the discounts are factored in per team, not per person. For example, if you bring a buzzer and 4 players, you have to pay 55 dollars; if you bring a buzzer and 3 players, you pay 40 dollars, ect...
