Re: 2010 NAQT SCT Northeast NOW AT HARVARD (2/6/10)
On another note, I'm sorry to always be the one who posts corrections to stats after tournaments, but I always seem to get mixed up with the other members of the Yale team and this was no exception: for Yale A's Round 14 match against Jerry, my stats have been switched with Aaron's. Fixed, and no a...

Re: Harvard Fall Tournament IV (11/14/09)
Stats: Prelims, playoffs (and finals), combined.
If you see some issue with the stats, leave a message here and sooner or later someone will tell me about it, I expect.
Many thanks to all the teams who came out this year and to all the moderators, whose help I really appreciated.

Re: ACF Regionals Discussion Thread
a few poorly-edited tossups I marked to be cut ending up in packets anyway A lot of this was due to my frenzied and indiscriminate copy-and-pasting; I'm sorry, but even so I'm glad to have done what I could to help. And I would have been mostly useless without Mike Bentley's aforementioned Question...

Re: A Question on Tiebreakers and Procedures
(Not to distract from the conversation, but I should clarify: I noticed that the moderator's math clearly didn't tally, and when I asked him to recheck he claimed that based on his recalculation, Yetman, not RPI, had won by 5. I don't know how he -- I have the scoresheet in front of me, and I still ...

Re: ACF Regionals Northeast (Harvard) (2/28/09)
Apologies for the delay. Stats are (have been) up at Taft , and SQBS output can now be found on the Harvard team website: Prelims Playoffs (including finals) Combined The only discrepancy that I'm aware of between the Taft and SQBS stats is due to the elsewhere-mentioned RPI-Yetman confusion in roun...

Update: Playoffs are over, with Harvard beating Brown 285-270 in the last round of the playoffs to force a one-game final, which is going on now.
Top scorers for the prelims were Jerry with 84 PPG and Doug Yetman with 71 PPG; full stats shortly.

Re: ACF Regionals Northeast (Harvard) (2/28/09)
Tournament update: Prelims have just ended (well after 6 pm, I'm sorry to report), and we've rebracketed into 4-4-3 for 3 more rounds of playoffs. Brown was 10-0 for the prelims, and the Harvard house team went 9-1; rounding out the top bracket were MIT A and Dartmouth A. Being who I am, I'm stattin...

Re: HFT Discussion
One thing in particular I found strange: I probably shouldn't have let the Aeneas TU get past Anna, but since I did, I heard "Hera" mentioned and got a little confused. It didn't stop me, because I'm fairly certain Achaemenides is unique to the Aeneid, but I think it's a bit odd to use a ...

Re: Harvard Fall Tournament III (11/15/08) -- Cambridge, MA
Since I can't figure out what on earth your email is, I will jsut post here that it would be kind of nice to have some purely prelim stats, since as it is it's pretty bizarre to read. Thanks for the heads-up; things should be fixed now. (If it still looks wrong, hit refresh in your browser.) Since ...
