However, just noting from my own experience, I have only seen about a total of about 10% of math computational bonuses go dead Actually, myself and many others would say that bonuses are the best place to put computational math, since the inherent issue with making a math problem pyramidal is large...

First, requiring a minimum level of refinement of basic calculus for computation questions will result in even more computation questions going dead than do now, since most people don't have exposure to that by the end of high school. David, I was at the Fremd Tournament, and I agree that the distribution was terrible. However, I feel that the biggest problem is that the math was way too easy.
