Re: 2021 ACF Regionals - Specific Question Discussion
In a year full of excellent, original sets, I have to say that Regs is my favorite all-subject set this year. It stood out above a crowded field with the polish and care put into each question. A huge thank you, too, to the editors for being so generous and responsive in discussing their editorial c...

Re: New Quizbowl Podcast: Tossup 21
I’ve really enjoyed all the Tossup 21 episodes, but Episode 7 was so great that it finally pulled me out of posting hibernation to say so. This episode is so insightful about how to put together a good team as an authority figure and a professional, and I absolutely love Coach Bowen.

Re: 2020 ACF Winter - General Discussion and Thanks
I'm not sure if Olivia would agree with me here, but I think answers like "that time of the month" should just be rejected. To use a significantly more extreme example for rhetorical purposes, a hypothetical bonus part on black people would not accept or prompt on the n-word--all normal q...

Could I see the tossup on virtue in packet J? thanks! After the “life of growth” and “life of perception” are ruled out in one text, this concept is discussed as a possible function for man. Re: Mandatory reporting and misconduct
Currently the primary mechanism for addressing misconduct in quizbowl is removing the offender from the community. But this is worth further discussion too: under what circumstances is that not enough of a response? When should we encourage making a report to the relevant school(s) as well? I want ...
