I agree with all of Eric's points here. The other thing I noticed with ACF regionals was that a lot of questions had notes in the answerline regarding the clues that were used. I did end up reading most of these notes to the players, but that added to the amount of answerline that I needed to parse....

Hey, quick question:
Does the TJ sheets download automatically tag carryover games (i.e. when you go from 2 groups of 8 into top/bottom 4, "playoffs" will be rounds 8-11 plus assorted games from rounds 1-7)? Or do they have to manually be dealt with in SQBS/Yellowfruit?

The Main room in each zoom call needs to have one person active there at all times to troubleshoot people who cut out during games, replace moderators who cut out, etc. This increases staffing demand, but for a tournament like ACF fall there would be excess club members around anyways.

Is there a way for NAQT to guarantee a distribution within the first 22/22 of a pack? Also, considering those two extra questions don't even constitute the requisite number of tiebreakers, I don't get why packets aren't 25/25 or 22/22 with an extra tiebreaker pack.

The majority of tournaments still happen in schools, and digital packets and e-scoresheets should be used as much as possible there. School and/or board administration may need to cooperate to make sure there’s enough chromebooks or equivalent if staff and players providing laptops is insufficient.
