That is correct, 12 teams from the upper division at Wheaton North Kickoff. This does not include the class A qualifier (should one exist).

I have no vested interest in any of the national tournaments, but I think having this tournament and MSNCT on the same date spreads the number of qualified staffers really thin (to say nothing of ACF Nats, though that needs way fewer staffers).
