Re: CO Trash Mirror @ Toronto (10/30/2016)

A team of (at least) myself, Jay Misuk and Victor Ferreira will be there, assuming this is still going on?

Yes, this is an open tournament.
Yes, I'm speaking on behalf of Jay.
Yes, I'm glad there's more than 3 teams now interested.

I wouldn't mind a copy of this set as well, if its not too much trouble.

Is there any chance of this being posted on Wastebin soon? Or are there other mirrors being run of it in the coming week? If not, is there any chance it could be emailed to me?

Jay, do you still need people to play with? Both Victor and myself are interested in playing this (especially the movies side-event), and are looking for people to play with. Let me know.

Are there any mirrors of this Trash tournament being run anywhere? If not, is there any chance of the set being posted either here or on Wastebin?

As long as it's still in the works I'm happy. I can wait as long as needs be for a well written movie tournament. Thanks for the update.

Re: Who'll Kick the Krauts to Japan?: Movie Set

Is there any updates on the status of this? This was something I was looking forward to popping up on the calendar sometime in the academic year, but I haven't seen an update for ~5 months or so now. Do you need more people to contribute in order to finish up?

There's something wrong with the link to "Bayou a Drank" on the Wastebin isn't working right now. Is it going to be fixed?

Re: BLASTOISE @ Guelph [After Ontario NAQT Provs.]

If you are in need of staffers for the tournament on the 11th still, I could possibly round up a fellow McMaster quizbowl-er or two and we could make our way down to help staff. Do you still need people? And if so, how many?

Where are these so called "staaaats" Jordan? I've been waiting anxiously at my keyboard all week for them, and you leave me wanting much, much more.

Re: BLASTOISE Mirror @ Waterloo (03/12/2011)

The second team looks like a go. We'll be bringing a buzzer set with the possibility of a rotating moderator, but our numbers aren't firmed up yet. How about a field update? How many teams are coming that you know of?

Just a last reminder that we want all teams to show up by 9 am tomorrow morning at MDCL so we can get through the administrative stuff we need to and get the tournament underway by 9:30. Let us know if you need any last minute directions.

Re: ANNOUNCEMENT: Penn Bowl Trash Mirror at McMaster 3/5/11

I don't think starting the tournament at 9:30ish will be an issue. As for where the bus will drop you off, it will be behind Mary E. Keyes Residence on the west end of campus. If you look at the map, it is building number 50 (with a red arrow near it). From there, the walk to MDCL (Building #52) sho...

I was curious if there was any chance of hosting a mirror of this in Ontario at some point in the near future. Nothing is set in stone here but just trying to get some information to see if we can make it work.
