At least at our site, criticism of the populism tossup included that fact that it's not really an ideology, which led to negs with answers that are definitively ideologies.

Update: this is ~75% written, of which 50% I'm mostly happy with, and the other 25% needs bashing around into decent shape still. I'm also currently in Greece, and have therefore picked up various new ideas/clues. Thus I think this tournament will probably be ready to play by August. In the meantime...
