Re: Top five college teams for 2017–18

Speaking of good D2 teams, Daniel Xu and Luc Wetherbee of Ithaca will be headed to Cornell next year, as will Allan Lee of Great Neck South, Jonathan Tran of Westview (OR), and Shivank Nayak of Westview (CA). Assuming some combination of four of them play, they should have really good coverage and a...

Re: Quiz Bowl & Metropolitan Areas in 2017

It's worth noting that BrainBusters Fall (and Spring, I suppose) has attracted teams from many of the listed MSAs, such as Rochester, Albany-Schenectady-Troy, Syracuse, and Binghamton, not just Ithaca. The idea behind this is to see which MSAs have tournaments hosted within them. It's great if team...

Okay so this tournament will be held in rooms 377, 376, and 374, or just 377 and 374 if we end up having a four-team field. We will congregate directly outside of the rooms at 8:00 and then get started. For now, if you could confirm that you'll be here by bolding your team name in the Google Sheet o...
