Re: Ithaca Fall Tournament VIII (formerly BrainBusters Fall) @ Ithaca, NY (11/9/19) [NAQT IS-188]

We have reached our next soft cap of 28 teams, and for now will not be expanding the field beyond that. Our next target will be 34 teams, as that will grant us one more HSNCT qualification berth. Teams are welcome to continue to sign up using the NAQT registration system.

We have almost reached our initial cap of 24 teams. Please do not let that discourage you from registering teams to the Waitlist! We have plenty of additional rooms we could use, and the next most convenient number for bracketing is 32 or 36, so we'd love to stretch the field to that. Please keep re...

We are roughly halfway to our soft cap, with plenty of room to grow. We hope for a big turnout!

As an extra incentive for new teams interested in trying out a single-day, fast paced Quizbowl experience, we have doubled the "new team" discount to $20 per school!

We have reached our soft cap of 24 teams. As noted, we are determined to allow all teams that register to play, but if we can get to 32 (or even 30) teams, this would be much easier to pull off! Registration will remain open until November 2nd, so please register now!
