Let me preface this by saying that I love that quizbowl being more online has allowed teams from different regions to play against each other at tournaments that aren't any of the National tournaments. I just found out that my normal team will be without Peter and Finn since they are studying abroad this summer. This creates a major void in television, trash lit (mostly comics), and video games. If you can fill that void and want to play this tournament, feel free to shoot me a message.

why are host teams not required to play in order to qualify a team? SCT is difficult enough to staff properly under the current system.
