That's basically true; the Neil Avenue garage is marginally closer to University Hall, but probably much harder to get to unless you're coming to campus via 315.

I'm not sure if this is reflected in the actual registration process, but for sites which offer a travel discount, the cost appears to be +$10 for every 200 miles, rather than -$10.

I guess I should mention that UNC/Duke chimera teams have been organized in the past (most recently for a 2005 summer tournament, I think) without leading to the implosion of the universe.

So DCC A went undefeated and cleared the field, followed (IIRC) by Northmont and DCC B. Read for some great teams today; thanks to Paul Nelson (and Jarret) for getting this together.

5-team round robin, team on bye moderates each round?

(This could probably also be done with 7/9 teams, but I'd be surprised if a lot of teams can stick around for a 7/9 round tournament after SCT. If you get 10 teams, you could do two brackets of 5 and cross-bracket finals.)

After losing the first game of an advantaged final, Michigan A came back to defeat Chicago A and win the OSU MAGNI mirror. Michigan B, Chicago B, Carnegie Mellon/Trevor and Northwestern A were also in the top bracket.

I know this was a novice-level tournament, but South Range looked absolutely ridiculous in the two games I saw/read for them. Watch out for them as a force in Ohio, especially a year or two from now.

I believe Andrew Hart collected a rather comprehensive contact list for the US as part of his Collegiate Novice prep last fall; it was focused a bit more on outreach, but you should talk to him if you haven't yet for some reason. If nothing else, I can send along what I got for Ohio and NC.
