The astronomy tossups felt a little on the easy side for me (color magnitude diagrams are quite well known and are a super big deal, afterglow is quite well known and comes up far later on most other GRB tossups etc.). I don't have a rigorous studying schedule. Usually when I'm bored in class or at home, I'll read some packets or look over/make some notecards.
