NAQT does have the same policy about JV teams or something similiar. What I was trying to allude to was the fact that if you have a young program, ie on that has not existed for over a year and/or has only freshman and sophomores, then there should be no shame in participating at the JV level. I just got word that there is a big BASS tournament at Guntersville Lake the weekend of the 23rd. So if you are planning on spending the night, you might want to book your rooms now.
