The Jim Garrick coached Dorman teams of the early 1990s took on all comers including TJ and Maggie Walker and kept on winning. I am almost entirely sure that such a team would not make the playoffs at PACE today. They may have been good for their time, but QB knowledge has just gotten so much deepe...

I think it is important for freshmen to compete against their own age kids to start with. But I do not hold the best ones back. Honestly the best player out there is Guy Tabachinik, Dallas is a great player but does not have much more potential left and is somewhat inconsistent I don't think that Guy is better than Charlie Dees is-- he doesn't play in as many collegiate tournaments, and the last time they played against one...

As my personal opinion, I prefer the NAQT ratings, since they put my team at a higher position.... A Dummy (Bye, if I'm no dummy) is ranked 70th in the NAQT Edit: Guy, the NAQT style is possibly the best national tournament for sorting who is the best, at least until more people start going to PACE...

I've had teams that were capable of moving toward the next level, and they did so. And I've also had teams that had difficulty just with the material on It's Academic .
