I think the standard way to receive a complaint is to say something like "thanks for your feedback, we'll take this seriously" and then to assume that lots of other people might have thought that same complaint without voicing it. (This obviously means indulging some really dumb complaint...

How do internet memes/anime/etc. in the off topic forum harm the discussion of quizbowl?

It's clear, from past events, that the community cannot trust the moderators to appropriately apply discretion pertaining to the rule and quizbowl relevant anime. Don't park in any spot listed just S, or any lot that has a 24hours sign. Everywhere else should be fine. I specifically recommend the lot just north of pamplin, for small vehicles, and the lot north of Derring Hall for larger vehicles, like busses.
