The 2 on 2 tournament happened. Jordan/Justin went 9-0 to clear the field, and Alston/Kai went 7-2 to take second.

I was wondering the same myself. Byes wouldn't happen, but crossover games might.

I like the idea of a full round robin. If there's only one packet for a final, is it better for the top two teams to play no matter what or only if their record is tied?

I wrote a script to pull and analyze scores from IHSA ScoreZone. Here are the average combined scores for the matches so far. How do these look?

Also, I would be interested in seeing how the data compare to previous years. Can I access ScoreZone archives? If not, does someone have the data saved?

So, Sectionals have been played. Thoughts? I was disappointed to see more errors in the Sectionals questions than the Regionals ones.
