Shouldn't group 20's #2 seed be Daviess County (since they are #25), or is this a special case where they are transposed with Ranney A (#26) because the #1 seed in group 20, Corbin, also happens to be from Kentucky?

Um, unless I'm missing some huge metaphor, all I got out of that was "it's bad because Chip Bowl in Ohio uses it." Four quarters is an NAC/Chip Beall thing. History Bowl does it (I'm assuming) because 20/20 format isn't appealing to teams that aren't very good, especially when playing a much better...

Can't go wrong with book prizes. If bratty quiz bowlers aren't appreciative of prizes, then that's their fault. As the TD, you aren't obligated by any means to buy prizes for them, but it's a great gesture nonetheless and I appreciate them regardless.
