While it really doesn't matter at this point, the Taylor rule clue is wrong/ambiguous. Oh you're right, it did come up in BHSAT. In retrospect, flipping the order of the first and second sentences is probably the best revision, so ital follows the Kebra Nagast and the Promise Key. Sorry about that.
