The National Monument is the important part. It's one of a series of monuments he's created (Presidents have the power to create National Monuments w/o congressional approval). I'm sure there are many rocks named after chimneys, but there's only one chimney rock national monument.

In TU 13 of Round 2 (answerline Mckinley), a certain Isaac Loften is mentioned as a postmaster that was reassigned by Mckinley. I couldn't find anything about "Isaac Loften" online in relation to Mckinley, was he in a book somewhere?

I was very proud of giving away "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Being Psychic" to Daniel Galitsky. I think, in general, neg prizes are only good if you have something actually funny to give away, and you're not giving it to a middle-schooler with a negative P/N (which happened last year)
