An example here would be Kealing Middle, which hasn't won PLAYED all year a tournament run on a NAQT MS set, FYP http://naqt.com/stats/school-results.jsp?org_id=68933 FYP while they regularly won against other middle schools on IS sets. Why are there different difficulties to questions(middle school, high school, college, etc.)? It seems to me that as long as the playing field is of one age group, any difficulty of questions could be used to determine the better and worse teams. I have not had any problems with moderators, although my teammates said there was one who was reading too quickly. Otherwise they were all very professional, kind, and efficient.

In cases where PPB is the tiebreaker, is head-to-head record accounted for at all? For example, if Team A and Team B were both 5-4, with Team A with higher PPB but Team B beat Team A, then who would be placed higher?
