Not a movie, but the episode "Bambi" of the show The Young Ones (highly recommended in general) centers on the main characters going on University Challenge (the same QB analogue as in Starter for 10). It also features Mötorhead, if you're into that.

Logistics email forthcoming later today. The email will ask you to do this as well, but please respond to the logistics email with the number of buses your school is taking (if any) to the tournament as soon as possible. Parking services tacked that demand on at the last minute.

As Ben Zhang pointed out yesterday, there was also a President of Taiwan (Chiang Ching-Kuo) that adopted a policy called the "Three Noes" in the late 70s, so apologies if that clue screwed anybody else up on the "President of Egypt" question.
