I played Chip questions in high school, and it is patently ridiculous to suggest that a top team from the PACE NSC or NAQT HSNCT would do poorly on his questions. It wasn't a full circuit, but I definitely played in a couple of tournaments intended for "JV" (= frosh/soph) teams in high school. The only one I can remember by name is the Cookeville Cavalier JV Wonder Bowl.
