I think that at least three of the top four were at Tippecanoe, but their A team was at Quaker Bowl while their B team played as "DCC A" at Bowling Green.

As for who directed the most tournaments, isn't R. Robert Hentzel the official TD of all of the HS tournaments in Minnesota that use NAQT questions? Between that and HSNCT/ICT, it would be hard for others to come close.

Will this partnership force people to attend SCT only in their ACUI region? If so, there wouldn't be a Canadian tournament, and teams would have to all have passports just to attend when it is held in the other country.

Since it says on the HSAPQ website that their league sets can be configured into 28 20/20 packets, and that tournaments rarely use all fifteen packets, would it be possible to chop the league set into two 14-packet tournament sets for parts of the country that don't have HSAPQ leagues?

I remember that when I was in high school, when I found out that the SAT was going to conflict with either OAC Regionals or State, the guidance counselor said that there is an option of taking the test on a weekday for an additional fee in the counselor's office. How many area codes does Cairo, Ohio have? Northwestern Ohio used to all be in the 419 area code, but instead of splitting it up, they just gave newer people 567 numbers. This is a really small village that just has a bar, a gas station, and a grain elevator, and depends on other towns for services...

Also, for "maximizing the margin of victory", it should be margin per 20TUH so that teams who are really blowing out someone shouldn't have to really pile it on the other team by bonus blitzing and stuff like that to speed up the game.

I think the right policy solution for NAQT is to have our writers and editors crack down on overly difficult material in next year's A-series leadins.
