Which program are you using? It's a custom job that uses computers in each match room networked with a mother ship that tallies all results, pairs the next match, and posts the stats. The stats output looks just like SQBS, but apparently there's some kind of bonus tallying error for losing teams in...

Yes, a lot closer to NAQT (regular, not A sets) than PACE. It was a very accessible set for moderate high school players.

With Robinson changing their tournament date to December 6th, it looks like November 1st may work for Tar Heel Cup (when I was checking the football schedule for away games, I failed to notice that there was no game at all on November 1st); would this date pose any problems for North Carolina teams...

Crossword puzzles?! The transition from a 9th-10th grade game in a weak quizbowl market to something respectable is tough. You have to learn to fall down before you can walk. Note the addition of an arts category. And the big problem with "pre-emptive buzzing" is more of one where players...

There's a private school in my area that comes over to our parking lot on the day of our lottery (students are accepted by lottery) and puts flyers on the windshields of the visitors' cars while they're inside waiting on results.
