Just so you guys know - the set is written for high school players, so I would expect most good college trash players to tear it apart. That said, it should still be pretty fun for anybody that wants to play it.

Thanks Matt, that was my thought too.

As I was reading through these, my other thought was, I know ACF Nats has no trash but what about regionals? (I was pretty sure Fall did) Just thinking about it because you could basically untag any of the ACF Nats packets from the "trash" tag.

Further out, you'll also see the occasional tournament at Centre College (in KY)
Everything Brice said was accurate and spot on except this. Joe is no longer at Centre (he's at OSU now) so I don't think they have a team anymore.

If you haven't already, go post this on our ohio board, you'll probably get at least moderate interest from those in the area, as Solon is pretty centrally located and extremely easy to get to from almost anywhere in northeast Ohio.

Green is good, but I can't see Ohio making the top 6. We fell just short last year with a team that would've crushed Green, and the year before with an all-star team we fell just short as well.

Yeah, except I am doing their online masters program in EDTECH, so I'm still in Cleveland. I might, however, go out there to play something at UW with them next year and visit my relatives in Seattle for a weekend or something.

That used to happen all the time at ASCN too. I distinctly remember having to play Copley (our arch-rival for 15 years) and another nearby Ohio school in 2 of our 3 prelim matches there in 2002, and that was only one year.

As long as they're all at full strength, it should be Walnut over Northmont or Solon in the finals, with those three, Fisher and St. Charles making up the top five. For whoever understands the eligibility rules. There were 6 brackets of 6 in the morning rounds (5 brackets of 6 on Sunday), then rebracketed by record, ppg, etc. into new brackets of 6 for the afternoon. Each bracket winner received a trophy.
