Personally, I think Ladue (which took 1st at MSHSAA State) falls in strength between the extremes presented in the argument that was going on at AHAN. Had they had a full team at NAQ...

Admittedly, some of the issue might be the fact that there really aren't that many providers of pyramidal questions out there (house-writes and mirrors notwithstanding), and thus those few providers can more or less dictate the terms to tournament directors who would like to use good questions. Actually, I think I'm the only one who complained...and to be honest, I wouldn't be too surprised if I was wrong.
