Out of curiosity, at which tournament did North Gwinnett get their 26.39 aPPB? I'm not doubting it; it's just that the posted stats for almost all of their tournaments don't have calculated PPBs that I could find, and I was trying to find information on them.

Is there a minimum number of games played to be considered? (Or is attendance considered, in general?)

Regarding the tournament itself, it was very excellent in timing and not running late, especially considering the size of the field!

On the positive side, I do see at least 8 NYC schools attending the New York City NHBB regional, along with one more that participates in NHBB which I know just happens not to be there. Not sure how they do outreach, but it seems to work! And of course there are several more schools that don't do NH...

Because Eshaan went 2-4 in in his other prelim games at PACE and ended up in 59th at PACE and 98th at HSNCT. While it was very, very impressive, a single win doesn't by itself bump him up that many places.
