Any new information about this? I would highly recommend that any interested people from USF attend the UC-Berkeley site of the Minnesota Undergraduate Tournament, a highly-acclaimed undergraduate-level question set. It will be this Saturday (the 7th).

In Berkeley's defense, viewtopic.php?f=8&t=12309#p238141 was likely interpreted as assent to a Berkeley mirror, though obviously the formal procedures should have been followed if they were not.

Is Myrdal discussed all that much in contemporary economics? I, for one, knew about him only because of An American Dilemma, which is discussed in many American history texts for its influence on race relations from 1945 onwards and seems more important as a work of sociology.

The teams that did not finish in the top six in their bracket were given the option to play more rounds against the nonqualifying teams from the other bracket. Many opted out in order to start heading back early.
