Secret City Classic -- 10/19/19

East Tennessee Quizbowl is happy to announce that we will be holding our 3rd annual Secret City Classic on Saturday, October, 19 2019 at Roane State Community College in Oak Ridge, TN. Once again this will be a novice level competition (first time players, freshman, middle schoolers) and we are currently in negotiations to use the SCOP X set.

Editor's Note: Due to an insufficient pool from which to draw enough novice teams for viability, we have opened the field to experienced players. We will, however, be awarding division based prizes.

The Fee Structure is as follows:

Base fee: $80
$-10 for each additional team (Max of 3)
$-5 for each (functioning) buzzer system (Max of 2)
$-5 for each volunteer
$-10 for teams who travel 150+ miles (per Google Maps)

We will be sending out more details as they become available. We look forward to seeing you all again!!
