GSAC XVIII looking for mirrors

Post by Lightinfa »

The Governor's School Academic Competition XVIII set is finished, and we are looking for mirrors across the country. The set has 12 packets, the last two of which are of harder finals difficulty. The mirror fee is $10 per team. Mirrors do not need to be limited to dates around the December 4 GSAC date, mirrors as late as April or May are perfectly acceptable, and as the set is done so are Fall mirrors. If you wish to mirror this set or have any questions, email me at roach_JR AT comcast DOT net or gsacdirector AT gmail DOT com.

Current Mirrors:
12/18 ADVANTAGE @ New Trier
2/5 Varsity @ Alpharetta High School, GA
2/12 Mort Walker Invitational @ Missouri
2/19 @ St. Joseph's, NJ
2/19 Copernicus' Birthday Party @ University of Minnesota
3/26 College Heights Academic Tournament @ WKU

We now have mirrors at some winter date probably January at University of Minnesota, and we have a mirror as a singles event on 5/21 in Missouri.

EDIT: Missouri mirror is now 2/12 as a full tournament rather than singles event.

And we now have a Northeast mirror at St. Joseph's, and most likely a Georgia mirror at Alpharetta.

EDIT: Alpharetta mirroring now happening on February 5.

Just making sure, but this will have 10 packets plus 2 finals packets (with the last finals packets being a little harder than the rest), correct?

The last two are harder but otherwise yes.

Can someone who has the GSAC set email it to me at [email protected]? My coach was supposed to be emailed the questions earlier this week, but never received them.

EDIT: JR sent them to me.
