The Harding Academic Quiz Team is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the 2011 Harding Kickoff Tournament on September 24th, 2011 in Searcy, Arkansas. This tournament will use the Minnesota Novice set. This should be a great opportunity for high schools to get back into the swing of things before getting deep into the regular season. This tournament has been certified by the Quiz Bowl Alliance of Arkansas, a newly formed organization committed to promoting high quality quiz bowl in the state. Some of the criteria required for tournament certification include pyramidal questions and a 7-game minimum for all teams.
