The Central Hardin Academic Challenge was an outstanding tournament in every aspect! The moderators and other officials were excellent, the questions were good and the format gave every team at least seven matches. The food served to the students, as well as that provided in the hospitality room, was delicious. Cudos to Mr. Allan Poikonen who went above and beyond to run and smooth tournament and to keep the coaches well informed with timely e-mails. I would highly recommend that any Kentucky teams who were not there give serious consideration to attending future tournaments at Central Hardin High School! My two Apollo teams thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Thank you for the kind comments. The real kudos needs to go to the Central Hardin High School Academic Booster Club for their efforts along with our local community college who came out in force and provided great moderators and judges.

We are already considering a fall tournament to include a JV Division and will keep you informed of the dates once decided.
