I can confirm the Ladue - St. John's game is starting soon; it needed to wait until after the other tiebreakers because of noise from the mics. The LASA - Western Albemarle final will start as soon as the third place game is over.

Congratulations to Liberal Arts and Science Academy A, the winner of the 2014 PACE NSC. Congratulations also to our second place team, Western Albemarle. The score of the one game final was 470-350.

This year for the first time ever we are recognizing the top three Junior Varsity teams, who in descending order of finish are Wilmington Charter B, Maggie Walker B, and Pleasanton, as well as the two Small Schools who joined us this year, our champion Cave Spring and runner-up Mountain Lakes. Congratulations to all of these teams.

Stats wizard Jon Pinyan tells me he will have combined stats up tomorrow. The full stats, minus finals and tiebreakers, are posted in separate files linked at our database page. Because there are so many stats files, name corrections will only appear in the combined stats. Please send any you have to Jon via PM here; his username is jonpin. Jon has also already posted a list of Teams 3-24 in this thread.

The All Star Game is in progress and features the following players:

Top 4 Individual Scorers (based on prelim stats)
1 Eric Xu, Western Albemarle 144.29
2 Sam Blizzard, Northmont 135.71
3 Ben Zhang, Ladue 110.00
4 Adam Fine, UChicago Lab 95.71

The top scorer from each Super-playoff Team not already represented in the first four:
Nathan Weiser, LASA A 51.43
Carlo De Guzman, St. John's 65.71
Sean McBride, High Tech A 51.43
Kai Smith, Farragut 70

Extreme thanks to Fred for tweeting the last two games, and to Jason Flowers and the other sources of info out there who let me keep up with the tournament. Very much appreciated.

I am exhausted, so a more complete post will follow at some later time, but I want to thank everyone (teams, staffs, hotel personnel) involved in this tournament for coming. Thanks especially to Bernadette Spencer, Jon Pinyan, Matt Weiner, Mike Hundley, Stephen Eltinge, Ryan Rosenberg, Jacob Wasserman, Joe Nutter, and Matt Jackson, who were all absolutely essential to the running of this tournament in their various capacities. I hope everyone had a great time and has a safe trip home.

Now that I've woken up a little, I'll add that I really appreciate all the teams who came out this year. This was our biggest tournament ever, as well as our first year in a hotel and our first year of JV and Small School recognition. I'm really excited about all of those things, and I hope you were too.

The photos Colin McNamara took during the tournament and of teams with their prizes are posted on flickr.

Thanks again, everyone!

What was that protest with Ben about?

I don't remember the structural details of the protest but it was on tossup 20 of that round, which Ben negged.

I've uploaded a DB file with all the tiebreakers and finals, but am having some issues merging the files. I think I might know what I need to do to make a file with every single game reflected, but if I'm right, it will require quite a lot of tedious work, and if I'm wrong then I don't know at all what to do. I hope to get a chance to do that later this week, but until then I ask your patience.

Were there any recorded games at NSC and will they be released somewhere soon?

Jerry Vinokurov videotaped the finals and perhaps the All Star Game; I'm not sure how long it will be before he has an opportunity to post those.

I think he also recorded the third place game.
