Hi Steve,
Great to see a good turnout for this! Was there a general consensus that Sunday tournaments would be okay in the area? Next year, we may try and schedule our C FL and S FL tournaments on back to back days (saves us an extra trip down and opens up one more weekend for me to direct somewhere).

It worked fine, but couldn't engage our area parochial schools (understandably). This is only the 2nd NAQT event south of Orlando this school year, so I think the volume was more a function of schools eager for a competition, versus Sundays -- or this particular Sunday -- being more convenient. If we tried a Sunday again, I wouldn't pick this December date...seemed taxing for parent volunteers, and students who wanted to study on a Sunday before midterms were a lil bit edgy! 11 rounds ran 830am to 645pm, which was all well spent, but still late for a Sunday IMO.
