West Point Spring - May 14, 2016 - NAQT SCT-16DII

We will officially be hosting our Spring Invitational this year on Saturday, May 14 at West Point High School. I know this is later in the year than most tournaments, but it will be an excellent opportunity for your Senior students to bid farewell, for your young students to get a head start on next year, or for the Nationals-bound teams to get some late-year practice before traveling to represent our State!

The tournament will use NAQT Questions – specifically set SCT-16DII. This is a set used in Community College tournaments. We have used this set in the past and have found them to be extremely accessible to high school players of all skill levels.
The tournament is open to any student in grades 12 or below.

You may bring as many teams as you want, and we will have several team awards, including Top JV teams.

Entry fees are as follows:

$70 - first team
$65 - each additional team from the same school

There will also be a $5.00 discount per WORKING buzzer system bought PER team.

Hoover B went 7-0 in our power-matched tournament to take 1st place. West Point A went 6-1 for 2nd. Hoover A was 5-2 for 3rd. Good Hope took 4th at 4-3.
