Sixteenth Annual Walton Academic Challenge

Post by jmartin »

You are invited to participate in the Sixteenth Annual Walton Academic Challenge to be held on Saturday, October 1, 2005 in Marietta, a northern suburb of Atlanta. The tournament usually draws about 100 teams from 7 to 9 states. Teams will play 5 preliminary rounds, with 1 bye, consisting of 16 toss-up/bonus questions. The 5 play-off rounds have 20 TU/B questions. All toss-ups are pyramidal and the "bounce back" bonus rule will be in play. For more information and the registration form, as well as an order form to purchase the tournament questions, go to www.waltonhigh.org and click on Academic Bowl under Walton News.
