Speedway Shootout III - 12/6/08 (Concord, NC)
Speedway Shootout III - 12/6/08 (Concord, NC)
Our third annual fall tournament, the Speedway Shootout, will be held at Robinson High School in Concord, North Carolina (near Charlotte) on Saturday, November 1, 2008. We will be using NAQT questions once again. More details to follow throughout the summer...
Re: Speedway Shootout III - 12/6/08 (Concord, NC)
NEW DATE - DECEMBER 6. I know this conflicts with GSAC, but our hands were tied between other dates already claimed and the demand for our own facility.
Re: Speedway Shootout III - 12/6/08 (Concord, NC)
Is it true the date has changed again to Feb 7?
Re: Speedway Shootout III - 12/6/08 (Concord, NC)
Our spring tournament is still on February 7; our fall tournament is December 6.

Sadly, James Island, along with several other SC teams, will not be able to go to this tournament, because the University of South Carolina is holding a tournament that same weekend over in Columbia.
Most of the teams in the state, except maybe Dorman and a couple others (who still brings their B and C teams) will be going to that tournament that weekend.

We most likely be heading up there to attend Mr. Drake. According to most people the questions that are given at the University os South Carolina are not of the greatest quality

Yeah, it's not great timing, as we also conflict with GSAC. I have never had as hard a time reserving our facility as I did this year - this tournament is usually in late October.scquizbowl wrote:Sadly, James Island, along with several other SC teams, will not be able to go to this tournament, because the University of South Carolina is holding a tournament that same weekend over in Columbia.
