This is the placeholder for Tournament by the Sea VIII, to be held Sunday March 20, 2011. We will be mirroring Penn Bowl Trash this go around. Please let us know if you're interested in taking part. Specifics on prices and discounts, etc., will be forthcoming.

Here's the fee schedule:

$100/team
$5 discount/moderator (limit 2)
$10 Moderator for TBS only (see below for Jag Bowl V incentive)
$10 off if travel over 100 miles (as per a radius from Athens)
POSSIBLE Buzzer discount (if needed)
minimum fee: $70

If a member(s) of your team read(s) at the Jag Bowl HS event the day before, you automatically pay $70.

Added fees if we have teams. If we have to move to singles/doubles, I'll add a new pricing schedule.

I'm in pending availability of teammates. Is there a packet discount or does PBT not want our crappy southern packets?

Throw me into the mix. I can play on a team or as a doubles partner, depending on how the field shakes down. Any possibility of a buzzer discount?

Maybe. When I get a better number of rooms and teams, I'll let you know. I'll have four buzzers on hand (9 teams).

TBS IX is scheduled for sometime in March 2012 but not the weekend of March 17th (unless we decide to hold it in Savannah that weekend, and we're seriously thinking about it if there was enough interest).
