Simultaneous Buzzing

Theoretically, simulataneous buzzing should be possible. How does the magic box decide whose light lights up?

I've seen some buzzer systems where both lights will light up at the same time when this happens. The Judge definitely does this.

Some daisy-chain buzzer systems that I have seen will light up the light which is closer to the box in this case.

I recall Zeecraft systems literature maintains their system differentiates buzzes to the millionth of a second. Pretty tough to tie if that's the case...
