Penn Bowl at Rice University

Rice University will be co-hosting a mirror of Penn on Saturday, October 28th with TQBA. For further information about the packet set, see the main site's post here viewtopic.php?f=8&t=19987
Location and Schedule: The tournament will take place on campus in the Humanities Building (back left of the academic quad) from 8 am to 5 pm at the latest and will be a round-robin format. Please do not arrive any later than 8:45 am. Lunch will occur around noon and order forms for Jimmy John's can be filled out in the morning when you arrive.
Costs:
Base fee: $125 per team
Working buzzer discount: $5 each
Approved moderator discount: $15 each
Travel discount: $10 (more than 200 miles one way according to Google maps)
Payment: We accept payment with cash or check. Please make out checks to Rice University Quiz Bowl.
Registration: Please email [email protected] with requests for and questions about registration. Please include how many teams, staffers, and buzzers you’re able to bring in your request. We have a cap of ten teams.
