Penn Bowl @ UNC Chapel Hill (10/27/19)

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will be hosting a mirror of 2019 Penn Bowl on October 27th, 2019. More information about the set can be found here.

LOCATION/SCHEDULE: The tournament will be held at Dey Hall. Registration will be in Room 305 starting at 9:30 AM, and we will have an opening meeting at 9:45. Rounds will begin as close to 10:00 as possible. On Saturday, the best options for parking are Venable Lot, Swain Lot, and parking in front of Davis Library, which can be accessed from Raleigh Street.

FEES: The fees for the tournament are as follows:
$120: base fee per team
-$15: each experienced staffer your team can bring
-$5: each functional buzzer system your team can bring
-$10: for teams traveling over 200 miles one way, as determined by Google Maps

The minimum fee for each team is $60. Teams can pay using either cash or check on the day of the tournament; please make checks out to "UNC Chapel Hill Academic Team". If you will need an invoice, let us know and we will send one within a few days.

REGISTRATION: To register for the tournament, please email the following information to me at [email protected]:
1. School name
2. Number of teams you are registering
3. Number of buzzer systems and staffers you plan on bringing
4. A cell phone number for the day of the tournament

Our initial field cap will be 10 teams, but this will likely increase pending staffer availability.
