The 2008 Terrapin has been up on quizbowlpackets.com for a while, so I'd say it's available. The 2006 Terrapin became the 2007 one because it was moved back to a little later in the season, so there is no set for 2006. I have 2007 Bulldogs.

Is the 2007 MCMNT public as well or just the 2008 version?

Maybe it's just my computer, but Illinois Novice 2008 doesn't work for me on that website.
